Training Organized by Albion Laboratories Ltd., Animal Health Division
Albion Laboratories Ltd., Animal Health Division successfully organized a two-day training workshop titled “Leadership & Team Building for Strategic Growth.” The program was held on August 16–17, 2025, at Marino Hotel, Uttara, Dhaka, with the participation of 30 sales officials, including all Regional Sales Managers and Area Managers from the Animal Health Division.
The training was conducted by Mr. Md. Akbar Hasan, CEO of BRIDDHI – School of Professionals & School of Knowledge, a highly reputed professional training institute in Bangladesh, who served as the Resource Person for the workshop.
Over the course of the two days, participants gained comprehensive insights into developing modern leadership skills, enhancing teamwork, achieving strategic growth, and building effective teams. The sessions emphasized strengthening mutual understanding within the company, improving responsibility-sharing strategies, problem-solving capacity, and fostering an innovative mindset.

Such training programs not only enhance the professional skills of the officials but also accelerate the company’s strategic development and overall progress.
The participating officers described the training as highly effective and expressed their hope for similar initiatives to be arranged in the future.The workshop was conducted under the overall supervision of Mr. Mohammed Sharifur Rahman (Sr.General Manager; Business Operation). Also present at the program were Mr. Nurul Absar Chowdhury (Senior Manager; HR & Accounts), Dr. M. M. Mafizul Islam Mridul (Assistant Manager, PMD), and Dr. Mobarak Hossain (Senior Product Manager, PMD) of Animal Health Division.
